張?jiān)佅壬鷵碛谐^(guò)二十年經(jīng)濟(jì)、金融領(lǐng)域從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在私人銀行、財(cái)富管理、投資銀行、資產(chǎn)管理等領(lǐng)域有廣泛涉獵與建樹(shù)，具備業(yè)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的國(guó)際視野與專(zhuān)業(yè)眼光，具備管理大型金融機(jī)構(gòu)專(zhuān)業(yè)條線的豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。張?jiān)佅壬?997年參加中國(guó)民生銀行上海分行籌建，先后任公司銀行、零售銀行、中小金融、投行、支行負(fù)責(zé)人，榮獲民生銀行歷史貢獻(xiàn)人物獎(jiǎng)。2008年7月起從事私人銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)管理工作，是中國(guó)本土第一代私人銀行家。張?jiān)佅壬L(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任中國(guó)民生銀行總行私人銀行部負(fù)責(zé)人，主管市場(chǎng)、投研、產(chǎn)品、運(yùn)營(yíng)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)合規(guī)等前中后臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)版塊，任職期間民生私人銀行高凈值達(dá)標(biāo)客戶數(shù)、凈利潤(rùn)、管理金融資產(chǎn)規(guī)模三年復(fù)合增長(zhǎng)超過(guò)50%，成就中國(guó)高凈值客戶市場(chǎng)的“民生現(xiàn)象”。?在加入中國(guó)民生銀行前，張?jiān)佅壬鴵?dān)任山東社會(huì)科學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所研究員，專(zhuān)注于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、企業(yè)管理領(lǐng)域的觀察與研究，著述良多。張?jiān)佅壬鷵?dān)任全國(guó)金融青聯(lián)委員、上海市青聯(lián)常委、上海市金融青聯(lián)常委、上海復(fù)旦大學(xué)校友會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)上海校友會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、上海山東商會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)，積極推動(dòng)家族財(cái)富管理的理念與實(shí)踐在中國(guó)社會(huì)多階層的傳遞。張?jiān)佅壬厴I(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)，獲經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。曾入選團(tuán)中央百人培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，2001年作為首批全國(guó)青聯(lián)高級(jí)干部培訓(xùn)班成員，以高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者身份赴美國(guó)伊利諾伊大學(xué)進(jìn)修，專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域覆蓋金融市場(chǎng)、企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理等。
Mr. Zhang has more than?twenty years’ experience in economic and financial fields, such as private banking, wealth management, investment banking, and asset management, successfully managing large financial institutions, and demonstrating industry leading professional insight and global vision.
?In 1997, Mr. Zhang participated in foundation of Shanghai Branch, China Minsheng Bank. Then he led the corporate banking department, the retail banking department, the SME finance strategic business unit, the investment banking department, and the whole branch, awarded China Minsheng Bank Historic Contributor.Mr. Zhang is the first generation private banker in China. He has engaged in private banking since July 2008. Mr. Zhang chronically led Private Banking Department, Head Office of China Minsheng Bank, managing various business segments, such as marketing, investment research, products, operation, and compliance. During his tenure, the three-year compound growth rates of the number of high net worth clients, net income, and asset under management exceed 50%. Mr. Zhang created the “Minsheng Phenomenon” in high net worth clients market in China. Before Mr. Zhang joined in China Minsheng Bank, he was the researcher in Institute of Economics, Shandong Academy of Social Sciences, focusing on regional economy and business administration.In addition, Being the member of the committee of National Financial Youth Federation, the member of the standing committee of Shanghai Youth Federation, the member of the standing committee of Shanghai Financial Youth Federation, the vice chairman of Fudan University Alumni Association, the vice chairman of Nanyang Technological University Alumni Association in Shanghai, and the vice chairman of Shandong Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, Mr. Zhang proactively popularizes and transmits the concept of family wealth management among multi-classes in Chinese society.Mr. Zhang graduated from Fudan University, obtaining the master’s degree in economics. Besides, Mr. Zhang was elected to the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League Hundred Talents Plan. In 2001, being one of the first batch of members of National Youth Federation Senior Cadre Training Class, Mr. Zhang visited University of Illinois as a senior visiting scholar, learning and performing research on financial market and business administration.
