楊櫻博士擁有國內(nèi)外醫(yī)藥行業(yè)20年的工作經(jīng)歷，橫跨業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展、戰(zhàn)略、商業(yè)運(yùn)營、咨詢、藥物開發(fā)和制造。目前她擔(dān)任賽諾菲大中華區(qū)戰(zhàn)略與業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展負(fù)責(zé)人。在此崗位上，她將致力于推動(dòng)賽諾菲中國業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展，并為中國戰(zhàn)略的制定及落地做出重要貢獻(xiàn)。
在加入賽諾菲之前，她曾就職于復(fù)星醫(yī)藥，擔(dān)任高級副總裁兼首席商務(wù)官，負(fù)責(zé)全球業(yè)務(wù)和海外業(yè)務(wù)拓展。在復(fù)星之前，她在輝瑞工作了17年，期間擔(dān)任過不同的角色。她曾領(lǐng)導(dǎo)全球團(tuán)隊(duì)制定和執(zhí)行戰(zhàn)略，以推動(dòng)中長期投資組合、資產(chǎn)組合和組織發(fā)展。
楊櫻博士擁有復(fù)旦大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位和美國西北大學(xué)工業(yè)工程與管理科學(xué)博士學(xué)位。
Ying has 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, immersing in both western and China cultures, and spanning across strategy, business development, business operations, consulting, drug development and manufacturing. She currently leads Sanofi’s Greater China Strategy & Business Development team. In this role, Ying will drive the implementation of the Sanofi China Business Development and be a key contributor to the definition of the China strategy.??
Prior to Sanofi, Ying worked at Fosun Pharmaceuticals as Sr. Vice President, Chief Business and Operations Officer, responsible for global business development and overseas businesses. Before Fosun, she worked in Pfizer for 17 years and served different roles. She was an executive leading global teams and matrix teams to set and execute strategies to drive mid-term to long-term growth, and development of portfolio, assets, and organization.??
Ying holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Fudan University in Shanghai.
