上海交通大學獲得化學工程碩士，華東理工大學機械工程專業(yè)博士。
2005到2019年，就職于拜耳公司，任職高級技術開發(fā)工程師和項目經(jīng)理。主要負責連續(xù)化工藝技術包開發(fā)、工廠去瓶頸、提供技術解決方案、拜耳醫(yī)藥和農(nóng)作物領域相關研發(fā)項目管理。
2019年至2020年，擔任東湖高科有限公司研發(fā)部門總監(jiān)，負責公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、工廠去瓶頸和工藝優(yōu)化。

Dr. Min Fu received her MS in chemical engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and PhD of mechanical engineering in East China University of Science and Technology.
From 2005 to 2019 she worked in Bayer as senior technology development engineer and project manager. She was responsible for technology package development based on continuous process, de-bottlenecking, technology solution, R&D project management of pharmaceutical and crop-products.
From 2019 to 2020 she headed the R&D center in Eastlake Hightech. Co., Ltd. She was responsible for new product development in agrochemical field, de-bottlenecking and process optimization.
